Vicar’s Morris Minor Traveller breaks down whilst on holiday

We received a phone call from Reverend Adam Atkinson who had been recommended to us by Hagerty Insurance through the Classic Friendly Ltd Scheme.

He had been visiting St Asaph for a few days and his trusty Morris Minor Traveller had developed a steering problem. Adam Woods investigated the problem and identified a new Nearside Front Top Trunnion was required.

The problem was that we didn’t hold the part in stock and Revd Atkinson needed to get back to his congregation as Vicar of St Peter’s church in Bethnal Green, London. “No problem”, John Woods said, and offered Adam the use of our 2005 MG ZS courtesy car.

The Morris Minor Traveller parts were ordered and when they arrived the next day, Adam Woods set to work carrying out the repairs to the Morris Minor Traveller. Reverend Atkinson also asked us to carry out an oil and lube service whilst we had the car.

A very happy Reverend arrived and collected his trusted Morris Minor Traveller to begin the journey back down to his parish in London.
