1961 Triumph TR3A

Beautiful 1961 Triumph TR3A in for some work this week. This car is a ‘local’ car, starting life straight from the showroom with a family in Liverpool before being aquired by our customer based in North Wales.

This one was dropped off for a full service, replacement suspension bushes and to fix a fault with the overdrive system.

The TR3A is easily distinguished from the TR3 by its full-width grille and headlamps that were recessed further into the front panel. Public demand brought the welcome addition of external door handles.
